Known worldwide, the "Crème Chantilly" made its first appearance in the cottage in the hamlet and the Prince de Condé’s dairy farm, this cream amazed all the guests present.

The origin and making of this cream little is known apart from the fact that the success comes from the quality and the freshness of the cream and is ready when, taking out the whip, a curl appears and the waves hold their shape.

During the French revolution the dairy farm was destroyed. In the 19th century the Duc d'Aumale had the hamlet restored, and is now located in the Chateau de Chantilly’s Park.

The "Crème Chantilly" still delights the gourmet's palate worldwide.
